The Mum Drum is a video/podcast series that explores the range of challenges that many mothers (and fathers) experience on their journey to becoming a parent, and being a mum in the early years. The Mum Drum series is hosted my two Psychologists, both with expertise in emotional and mental health in the perinatal (pre and postnatal) periods and mums themselves.
To further support perinatal workplace wellbeing, Transitioning Well also provides the following additional supports:
Parental Leave Transition Coaching
The coaching program is designed and facilitated by leading workplace psychologists. Consisting of individual coaching and facilitated meetings between the new parent and their manager, the program provides the tools and resources needed to maximise ‘transition success’. In line with best practice, the engagement spans the three phases of leave (preparing for leave, during leave and returning from leave) and is aimed towards expectant and new parents. As an important adjunct to the coaching, access to ‘The Transition Well’ (a digital platform) is also provided. Additional coaching sessions and extenuating circumstance support can also be provided if required.
